My pet peeve is when people judge other people on just how they look. I mean, doesn't bother you?
One of my family members (plural) judges people ALL the time. I've talked to them about it but yet they still do it. Here's an example on how they judge(true story):
Them: "Hey did you see that girl with the skinny jeans and that tight short top?"
Someone else:"Yeah"
Me: "No. I didn't" (i was thinking oh no not again.)
Them: "Well it looked disgusting. I mean, with her belly hanging out."
Me: I stay silent. I don't want to make them mad. But i disagreed. I mean its her choice to wear that top, not mine and i respect that.
Them: "well do think that they should wear that tight of skinny jeans?"
Me: "Yes, i wear tight skinny jeans. she can wear them too."
Them: They stay silent. after a minute they changed the subject.
Doesn't that make you sad? I mean what if she just found Christ and was trying to change her life and didn't have any money to buy new clothes? What if she just got over an addiction?
It just makes me hurt that some people judge people by just how they look. What if someone judge you that way?
